1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe a takedown was made in error or that your content was wrongly removed, you may file a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the content that was removed or disabled, and where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your country and your acceptance of service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material unless the original complainant files a court action within 10 business days.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

Bizmartt.com will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has received multiple valid DMCA takedown notices.

4. Good Faith & Misuse of DMCA

We take copyright claims seriously and act in good faith to resolve them. Please do not misuse the DMCA process. Filing false or misleading claims may result in legal liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
